Residential Program Openings

Assistant Coordinator

An immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Coordinator at the Woodland Ave.  CLA program in Bloomfield.   Responsibilities include assisting the Coordinator interviewing, training, oversight and supervision of  residential program.  Candidate must be engaging, energetic, flexible and organized with experience in supervision of residential programs, DDS regulations, staff and program development.  Candidates must possess strong leadership, supervision and communication skills and love working with kids. Some on-call required. Primarily second shift position.

.Resident Support Assistant

Vocational Program Openings

Registered Nurse

Established nonprofit seeks organized, flexible, dedicated RN to co-manage healthcare of individuals with intellectual disability attending a day program in Hartford.  Assists with oversight of Medication Administration program per DDS Regulations, monthly medication audits, develops and provides in-service training on pertinent health issues.  May accompany participant on transportation from home to agency.  

Requirements:  BSN.  Excellent communication, training, supervision, and policy development skills.

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Floating Job Coach needed to work with adults with mental retardation in vocational/supported and elderly programs.  Flexibility with assignments is required.  Responsible for daily paperwork objectives, client programs, quality control, supervising clients in daily work activities, and meeting job specifications as required by site management and HARC.
