Elderly Services - Life Enrichment Program

HARC's Life Enrichment Program (LEP) provides services that focus on physical
restoration, volunteerism, and recreation. The program is designed to enhance
the lives of our retired citizens who are 55 years and over. Volunteer
opportunities include working at libraries, the American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, et al. We integrate our programs with other senior citizen program to maximize use of
available community resources.
Our facilities are fully accessible and include program modules, lunchroom,
outdoor space, meeting rooms, and offices. Careful attention is given to the
personal care requirements of our senior citizens. Special staff assists clients
in areas requiring personal care. Private changing rooms, showers, and laundry
are available.

Transportation
HARC provides individual travel training from home to our headquarters and/or
to the job location. Transportation from home is provided on a limited basis,
and only if the individual is unable to travel independently or benefit from
travel training. Transportation is generally available from HARC to job sites.
