Gregory Calnen
Chief Development, Marketing & Engagement Officer
In his role as Chief Development, Marketing & Engagement Officer, Greg leads the team responsible for advancing Harc's development, marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts. He oversees donor stewardship and cultivates meaningful, lasting relationships with supporters while expanding Harc's public presence and amplifying the organization's mission. Through strategic outreach and engagement, Greg helps inspire support and create greater opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
A third-generation Harc family member, Greg first became involved with the organization by creating a fundraising team in honor of his aunt Jane, a Harc participant. He continued supporting Harc through advocacy and fundraising efforts, later chairing the Harc Walk and serving as an active member of the Harc Board of Directors for 10 years. Drawing on his deep connection to the organization, as well as his professional experience, Greg is focused on strengthening Harc's presence and advancing its mission.
“Seeing our individuals thrive, connect and grow within the community is inspiring and rewarding. I’m grateful to be part of it.”
