Lori Czechowicz

Senior Director of Human Resources

Lori is the Senior Director of Human Resources responsible for overseeing and advancing all human resources functions at Harc. She has a strong background in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and operational improvement. In her role, Lori partners with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance business effectiveness.

Prior to joining Harc, Lori held senior HR leadership positions across a variety of industries, including serving as Director of People & Policy Operations at Staffing 360 Solutions, Director of Human Resources at PlusMedia, LLC, and Director of Human Resources – North America at Radiall USA, Inc. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on organizational restructuring, talent strategy, compensation programs, employee relations, compliance, process improvement, and change management.

Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources. She holds professional designations including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Quality Management Certification.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys laughing and spending time with family and friends, cooking, crafting and traveling to new places.
